This is regarding the RBI notification below where it is mentioned that merchant establishment can not charge extra if payment is made by the card as it is coming under unfair trade practices.

On 29th March 2016, as I was paying the bills of the hospital I was asked to pay extra if I am using the cards, I want to report this unfair trade practice. I have also took a picture of the hospital policy where it was mentioned to charge the customer 2% extra.

Due to this I need to go out of the hospital leaving my patient in the hospital to withdraw the cash from an ATM which is very far from the hospital, I have faced mental harassment due to this problem and I want to report this incident.
