Complaint Details
Cigarette vendor opposite Sona Udyog, Andheri East is charging me Rs. 250/- for a pack of Classic Milds for which the MRP is Rs. 220/- only. This over-pricing is an every year phenomenon when the Budget is being announced by the FM of India i.e. in the month of February & it goes on till the end of April of every year. This is practiced all across Mumbai to say the least ..also the Northern part of India.
