I write this email to you to inform you about the poor service I have received from your JetPrivilege Service Centre (JPSC) Team. To brief you about the incident, I had travelled from HKG to DEL on 01/11/2015 (PNR:HRVZPZ). On board that flight I purchased some items from the in flight duty free (receipt attached) for which I was promised that I would be receiving JPmiles for the purchase that I made.

After the flight activity was credited, I emailed the JPSC again and asked them to credit the miles. Mr. Kamlesh Kamble asks me for the receipt. Unfortunately I did not have the receipt and thought that I had misplaced it. I inform Kamlesh of the same and he bluntly replies that no miles will be credited if I don't produce the receipt. This was kind of shocking, I mean doesn't Jet Airways have a record of their duty free purchases.

Fortunately for me, on Feb 14 2016 I found the receipt and emailed it back to Kamlesh. Till yesterday I had received no reply from Kamlesh or any member of the JPSC. I then too the liberty of writing another email to them about the miles for the duty free purchase along with the receipt to which I receive a reply from Vasuki Devendran saying that the miles for the flight have already been credited. Here, i'm asking about the duty free purchase and Vasuki is replying to me about the flight activity. It makes me wonder does Jet Airways have substandard staff to deal with their loyal customers.

I am also aware that the mileage for the duty free purchase is a small amount, but by principle these miles should have already been credited.

I really think that Jet Airways should learn from airlines like Cathay Pacific and Singapore Airlines on how to deal with their loyal customers. This experience has definitely made me doubt Jet Airways now and it really makes me think should I continue to fly Jet, while there is so much competition around?

I really hope you can help solve this issue at your earliest.
