I have ordered an Asus Notebook/Laptop Order no: 12382982365 on 17th march it delivered on 19th march. I have paid the money with Credit card.
Since i have received the laptop its display is blinking but suddenly after 3 days the display stopped working ( showing only blank screen).
I kept a refund request on 23rd march and i have called snapdeal customer care executives nearly 15 times (nearly 300rs bill) to know the status of my request but every time when i call them they only say "sorry for inconvenience we'll get in touch with you regarding this we will forward your request ". Its been 10 days but no response from snapdeal.
They are taking a lot of time for processing my request. I'm worried about my refund money.
They have wasted a lot of my time and created mental stress.
I request to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
