I am a customer of the lenovo smart phone company .i had bought a lenovo smart phone model no s-850, and emi no is 866021020110911 from there when i bought it after 15 days its being start too much hanging all the time .then i immediately submitted my smart phone to the lenovo company. Because i had bought my smart phone not in cash but in instalment. Every month i had to pay rs1490 as a instalment. The mrp of my smart phone is rs 12000 but it took my 16500.i had paid all my payment without any default.i had submitted my phone on 25 nov 2015 to the lenovo store but still i havent get my phone back they always saying me that after 15 day you can come but they always welcoming me with a new illogical excuse.ihad put many mails to them but they are responsing me nothing important thing.when last time reached there and said i want nothing just return my phone right now.they returned me a phone but its not mine that phone is such in an badest condition. My phone is new in condition i dont want a damaged condition. I am working as a delivery boy.my jobs stand with a phone .phone is very much necessary in my job field that why i have bought a new phone.now my main focus is on return my whole paid payment. My every holiday is busy in rounding there to there gor my phone .i am really unsatisfied from this company.i give you my jobsheet
