Complaint Details
Amazon is not accepting the fact that the payment made for the goods purchase was made by Debit Card. It should give Rs. 1500 cashback under its scheme as advertised.
Online shopping done on Amazon under Great Indian Sale Festival sale of October 2015, which offered 15% cashback on purchases made through HDFC Bank debit card on Amazon app. All other conditions match except that the Amazon is not accpeting that the payment was made by HDFC Bank debit card.
