Complaint Details
This is to inform you that we had bought a Micromax LED TV on the date of 10/04/2016.We were promised that the installation would be done on the same day but no one was there to install the TV services for us which is simply not done.If you people are unable to provide proper customer services then please don't guarantee it even.Please ensure that this complaint is being dealt on priority basis otherwise it won't take time for me to take it on a higher level.It has already been 3 days now.
Kindly note that the model number is- 32B720MHD and serial reference number is 165933 purchased from The Electronics Shop located in Swaroop Nagar,Kanpur(208012)
