dear Sir / Mam
I had ordered one refrigerator dated 3rd april 2016 through credit card payment . After amking order it was showing in the system that i will get the product on or before 9th April 2016, but when i came to know that the tracking id of Fedex is invalid i contacted with customer care service. they agreed and assured for the delivery. after crossing the due date the system showed the message that " your product is delayed and will be shortly delivered. till the afternoon of 13 April 2016 it was remain same, but after 12 oclock of 13th april 2016 system showed that product is delivered on 5th april 2016. after that i raised the compliant to escalation department for the same. the escalation department said it will resolved in 24 hour else we will cancel the order and refund .
every day i am following with escalation department and not gettting the problem resolved. every day escalation department is extending my due date i.e 17/19/20 and now 21 april. i have paid the money and facing unnessesary stress on my mind.
i want to cancel the product and get the refund of the money.
