Complaint Details
I brought a fridge in June 2015. Right from day one, it's cooling mechanism was at fault. It took 3-4 days to freeze an ice-tray. Outside freezer zone, the space used to be couple of degrees cooler than room temperature. I complained about it at that time and Samsung sent its technician who said I should push the defrost button and the problem will be solved. I pushed the defrost button but it still did not cool properly. I complained again and they sent another technician, who again pushed the defrost button. The problem continued. Following months, about a dozen Samsung technicians came and failed to fix the problem. Last week, another technician came and filled some gas in the fridge. After that, the fridge stopped working. It's entire cooling mechanism collapsed and it turned into a warm cupboard. I am simply asking for a replacement since they have not been able to fix it for so many months. They have wasted a lot of my time because their technicians make you wait at home for almost an entire day. My job has gotten affected. Also, it's 40 degrees hot outside and I am drinking warm water. I feel cheated by this company and I also feel it is dragging my issue until my warranty period is over so that they can start charging me money then. Please intervene in this matter.
