undersigned purchased two mobile sets@Rs1499.00 cash on home delivery. I received the marials on 15.4.2016.after receipt we found one of thetwo mobiles defective,outgoing calls can not be made from it.Snapdeal is not registering any complain. although there is a seven days return policy.they are killing time giving some tel no who are not responding then they said ,they will give contact no of service centre which they have not yet given. this way after expiry of seven days they will shake off all responsibilities.Good business.however it is brought to your kind notice.given belowsome details of invoice.
