I had ordered bike mirrors from ebay india through their online portal. It was delivered on 22nd March 2015 and when i opened the parcel the mirror was damaged. I raised a return request and also complained on ebay to which ebay replied with sellers contact number and email id and asked me to contact seller directly. I tried reaching the seller through email and call but nobody respond. And till today the damaged product is lying with me and ebay and the seller are not responding. ebay claim id: 1825820
