Complaint Details
My baggage came quite late, one of the baggage was badly handled so much so that the handle of the bag was broken by handling staff. I did make a complaint in this regard to the Hong Kong Airport Authority, who could only take the matter on paper and give me a document which could be used for claiming insurance on the broken bag. It was baffling to learn that Jet Airways does not take any responsibility for handling baggages, even by their contracted/employed staff at international airports. We did check the content of the damaged bag and everything seemed in place. However, I do want to inform you that we were travelling with other bags which arrived in perfect condition and gave me no reason to check them. The disturbing part is that when I went back to my hotel and checked that other bag, there were 2 expensive perfumes missing from that bag.

My first mail to Jet airways was on 14th March'16.. till then he is just exchanging mails and not doing any thing.

Things stolen from my bag:-
1. Chanel bleu
2. Burberry
