I had bought a samsung split ac on 25 April. Though Samsung claims to ensure installation in 3 working days, it's been 5 working days and there has been no one from Samsung contacting for installation. Why does the company claim time lines when it cannot fulfill? I got an engineer's number, however despite several attempts to contact, there is absolutely no response. I have called the customer service twice..but nothing has changed. Complaintno 421301024..ref no 3704771330.
