Complaint Details
I'm highly dissatisfied with the response provided from customer executives of GADGET CORP department.

The toll free number was not working at the time of filing complaint. even the email address insuranceservices@gadgetcops.com provided wasn't accepting mail (since the mailbox was full from their end as stated by customer care executives)

As per the apple customer care I'm supposed to submit my phone for repair thereafter Apple would provide me a new phone.

But the gadget corp is approving my claim as total loss and asking me to submit my phone at iffco tokio and thereafter iffco tokio will issue me a cheque of Rs. 22000 approximately.

The purchase cost of my phone was Rs. 57000 approximately and on top of that I have bought insurance of Rs.5700 which is proving to be a "huge Mistake"

I have been requesting Iffco Tokio to send me a proof of repair acceptance letter of estimated amount. So that i could proceed for the mentioned repair.

But instead of approval, they're asking me to courier my phone to them.
