I purchased Airtel broadband connection in the month of december 15. I paid 6 months advance rental amounting to 6138 through HDFC bank cheque no. 13. They installed the connection on 31 Dec 15 and my account was debited on 2nd Jan 16(statement attached). However after month, they generated a bill saying their system is not recognising any payment made by me. I submitted the amount statement of my HDFC bank on their request but they disconnected the services. After repeated follow-up they started connection but same issue happened again on next bill generation cycle. The company service centres are not responding their customer care support is also not responding( I have tried both web portal and IVR - I have service number request for both). I am in middle of my 6 month advance rental period and i am not able to use the connection for most of the time.This has caused severe business loss for me due to lack of connectivity and lot of financial and mental stress on my family.
