Dear CCRC Team,

Reg: False information about 3G/4G Data Recharge

Hi, This is Ratan. While going for 3G/4G data online recharge in mobile (or) website, Airtel India is giving false information to the customer about 3G/4G RC. Airtel is showing 2G recharge option (i.e. Rs. 202/-, 1.25 GB data for 28 days) in 3G/4G RC section. Actually I blindly went to the RC option Rs. 202 as it was in the 3G/4G recharge section. I experienced the slow internet facility. I, then checked the RC, I opted for. Got that what I have done is Rs. 202/- and it was a 2G RC option. I have faced worst internet data speed (Up/Down) as it was 2G. This way, Airtel is giving false information either by mistake or by intentionally.

I feel customers should get value for money at least rather than getting more for the money which they paid for.
