Complaint Details
Complain posted on other national consumer complaint forums too. No solid response so far.
Datacard connection at no. 9355732301 have been discontinued from 27th April 2016 abruptly. After repeated calls at Customer care and vendors, the reason was given to be conversion/upgradation of CDMA to GSM/4G or some such activity in the region.
Mail was sent on 2nd May to Rcom (datacard.support) conveying the issue. No response so far. Customer care unable to provide information other than "there is no solution" after half an hour long calls.
18th May is the validity expiration date for a 6 month validity recharge of 2999 Rs. for 45 GB.
22 GB STILL REMAINING IN BALANCE.
No answer from Rcom, no suggestion about the conversion, how it will be helpful to user or not. Moreover, those 22 GB totally going to be washed away in the tide of "conversion".
Either provide the refund for those 22 GB or give a new datacard and transfer the balance to that connection.
