My name is Parteek saini.
I am a vodafone postpaid customer have vodafone no 9255767264.
My number is port from tata docomo appx two month before .i got a sms from vodafone regarding my pending bill of 341 with previous operator (tata docomo ).
On 4th may i pay the the bill by net banking and haveing reciept for the same.
On 15 may 2016 my outgoing call is debarred form operator side. Now i call vodafone customer care on 9811098110 over there i am talk to
Mr. Mandeep they said you made a wrong call and all that i said transfre my call to concern department mr. Mandeep refuse to do so and said to me put a complain regarding this on
Vodafonecare.del@vodafone.com.
My complain is.
1. How they can port my no to other operator when my bill is due with previous operator. Without informed me about this
2. After clear all my dues how they can bebarred my outgoing.
3. When i call to customer care they said go to vodafone store. This issue is not our concern.
I am tolally fed up with this type of dealing with the company they having tag line ''HAPPY TO HELP''
I request to CCRC plese do something as you are coustomer last hope.
