Hi,
I have taken Reliance pro3 Dongle around 1 year back and was paying bill regularly.The promised speed was 7 MBPS even though they are advertising 14.7 MBPS .But from the beginning i was getting speed less than 1 MBPS or sometimes between 1-2 MBPS.I was impacted heavily on my work front and raised several grievances on PG Portal for the same.

But they never resolved the issue finally i stopped paying bill and then harassment starts from reliance end.They started call me on daily basis to pay the bill and then they they harassed me by sending mails that they will take legal action and finally below Mail :

This is how there business going on ...

Please suggest me what can be done as i want to take some strict against relieance broadbank services.
