Complaint Details
I have purchased a AC of Samsung on 14.4.2014. The ac stoped working and the complaint was raised to the service centre vide complaint or f no. 4212161196, 4212359473, 4212231539, 4313456441 Etc.
The service endiners of the company has replaced all most all the parts is the outer unit but still it is not working. As per the service centre it is a defective product.
Thus I seek help in replacement or refuns.
