I want to let you know a fraudulent activity by Airtel employee. I received a call from Airtel caller-Payal (9718350606) to convert my existing number(9711502974) to Airtel postpaid number. She offered me Rs-199 plan which contains 600 calls + 400 sms; I agreed on it.
Next day an agent came to me and give me a new Airtel SIM and ask me for and ID proof and Rs-250. Again I got a call from Airtel (9711606081) for confirmation, but now she told me another plan details as 270 Local + 160 STD minutes which was different from previous details that I refused.
Now I want my money back. So I request you to please do the needful.
