Dear Sir/ Mam
I had bought an IDEA postpaid SIM (Number:- 7049926728), and in MY idea application of that number I added Rs 3000/- for activation of international roaming, but unfortunately that service haven’t been activated and after the validity of the service the corresponding Rs 3000/- amount has been returned back into my profile on MY idea app.
Problems are:-
1) They haven’t refunded my money back, instead of that they kept on their MY idea app in my profile, which I can’t utilize in anything.
2) Moreover they refused to adjust my monthly outstanding bill from that deposited money in the account.
3) Last but not the least they have barred all my services and forcing me to pay the bill.
