I ordered a Hook Book iPad Air Cover from flipkart.com on 16 April 2016 (OD105764802038263000) But on 26 when delivery happened it was a phone cover not the iPad cover. On 28 April in sent a product return and refund request. I was given an assurence that it would happen in 10 days. But even after waiting for 21 Days the pick up and refund did not happen. I called flipkart customer care (0124 6150000) on 17 May. They told me that I would be contacted in 24 hours but it did not happen. On 18 May I again called customer care. I was told that my issue will be resolved in 24 hours. But even after waiting for six days that did not happen. So on 24 May I called them again. They told me that that pick up would happen in 24 hours. Now it's two days already passed by and nothing happened. I need help.
