Complaint Details
Dear Sir,

I purchased a "Pioneer - AVH-279BT - LCD Touchscreen DVD Player (Double DIN) delivered on 15 Feb 2016" from Snapdeal which assures 15 days return policy (then)(detailed in voice attached). Within the purchase of a 4-5 days, they sent a person from AXA to install the system in the car. The person found that the system was faulty. I immediately returned the product and got the message on APP that your money will be returned within 7 days. Then I made a purchase from Flipkart.com.
Later I received a call from Snapdeal ensuring that my query has been processed and payment will be reimbursed in a few days. I received one more call ensuring the same.

Later snapdeal was silent and sent me message to get the music system repaired at the workshop. I was in mental trauma for their such a behavior. I sent them a mail that your person opened then pack, he only noticed that system is faulty and what is my fault that I opt for faulty system. I got no reply but same message to get it repair. I have a voice clip where AxA engineering admitting that system was faulty.

I request you to please take following action against snapdeal with immediate effect:
1. Direct Snapdeal for reimbursement of my money alon with interest I paid to citibank. The payment has to be paid to citi bak credit card which keep me calling and I am facing huge mental trauma.
2. Suspend the snapdeal so that they may not cheat customers on false policies which they do not meet.

3. Order Snapdeal to pay me INR 5 lakh for their carelessness and causing me mental damage and continued financial and mental harassment.

I request you to kindly take immediate action in this regard.

I have already purchased and installed a system in my car. I told this everything I talked to customer care once I received the message that my money will be reimbursed to my account.
Hope you'll understand the matter.

Me (March 02, 2016): Dear Snapdeal Team,
It is regarding the ongoing conversation about Pioneer DVD player (Order ID 11690118606).
I am making a final attempt with a very humble approach to resolve the matter amicably.
Please pick your item from my address and reimburse the amount against that since I do not the item which failed to work, as noticed by your own personals.
Otherwise, I would have no option left than to approach the court since I am suffering metal harassment.
Hope, you'll cooperate in this regard.

Me (Sent on 28.03.2016): This is to again remind you that no one has come yet to pick the faulty system.
Also no reimbursement has been made to my account.
I paid for the system from credit card. The date due for payment is 04.04.2016.

Please reimburse the amount earliest and pick your system from the site of delivery.

Me(March 30, 2016) : Who will pay for the visit to service centre?
What now when I have already purchased another system after you assured the money return on my app?
Who will pay for the mental harassment you are causing to me?
I will approach media and hope they will support me to hatch the fraud deals by snapdeal.

Please help me in getting justice.
