i have made a cancellation of my id no (NH7106221055460) on 2 may i was insured that the refund of rs 2717 will be credited to my bank within 12 days but till today after making many painfull calls and writing emails with no resolution i m writing here.every time the same excuse is made that a/c branch refund branch r working on itthe behaviour of staff is also non cooperative/arrogant.i request whether r not able to find a refund of such amt tnan how we will dream for digital India.i m writing here in too much pain & agony. i m frustrated of calling the call centres and listening the same excuse every time .i request kindly resolve the matter as earliest possible.
