complaint no.. 0061897/2016 is already registered with you but due to some revised details i am again writing.I have made a cancellation of my ID number (NH7106221055460) on second may, i was insured that the refund of rs 2717 will be credited to my bank with in 12 days but till today after making many painful calls and writing e-mails with no resolution, i am writing here i pain and agony.Every time the same excuse is made that a/c branch or refund branch are working on it, the bheaviour of staff is also no coopertative/arrogant.I request wheather these people are not able to find a refund of so much less amount then how we will make the dream of our prime minister for digital india true.I am sorry to write that i am frustrated of calling the call centre and listening the same excuse everytime.I request you to kindly intervane int hs matter to resolve it as earliest possible.Regards
