I Bought sony bravia LED tv modle no:W562D on MAY 2 2016 on that day i found on the display screen there was a blue dot so i made a complaint in sony care but they came and told that not a fault but i told i have not seen in any other sony tv so change the tv and i was not satisfy with the pdoduct but till now they have not taken any step to change my tv . So please try to change the tv to the above address thank u
