I have ordered a Sony Xperia E4 (Duel SIM) on Jan 31 2016 on Amazon and got it mid Feb, from Mid of March onwards, phone is getting hanged, automatically switched off, and many others issue.I took it to customer care of thrice cuttak (as I gifted this phone to my Sister),they did not do anything and said phone is running ok, now again 4th time we took the phone to customer care and they kept it saying they will replace the battery, now its 5 days and I am chasing them every day, and I am getting response like we are running out of Parts.They are just not care about the issue and complaints at all.
