I traveled to Hyderabad via jet airways flight to attend my business meet of two days. On reaching the Hyderabad early morning, it was informed that the luggage of 10-12 passenger was not loaded and will arrive in next flight by noon same day. We were left without any belongings and project material for meet. After much follow up it was informed that the said luggage will arrive only by evening 4 pm, it got further delayed to 10pm. During all this delay there was no contact by Jet airways officials. Finally at 10 pm they informed that luggage will only come in morning next day. To our shock no body responded next day also. It was terrible experiance with customer care officials as they were rude and very casual in there attitude. There was no concern. Finally the luggage was received by me on second day late evening, when it was of no use, as we had to check-out the Ramoji city early morning. For last five month I am writting mail for compensation but again no satisfactory revert is coming from any authority. My compali number registered is ReferenceID=006-202-623
