Problem: Complaint no. 1102460504 is pending since last 10 days and no service technician has bothered to contact or attend. I have talk to local contact Mr Nagaraju on mobile No. 9705336866 on 26.05.2016. No response as yet. Problem needs to be escalated. urgently. I have been given mobile number of Mr Vijay Bharat on 27.05.2016 but his phone is switched off. Very pathetic service and response by IFB.

The complaint is yet pending and your service team has come yesterday , dismantled the washing machine and informed that it has to be taken to machine shop as Bearings are not fitting.
No sight of them today.
