Hi,
1. Complaint: AIRTEL cheating public
2. Product: Wifi net + Landline
3. Cost: 1150+600 = 1750/- per connection
4. Value of complaint: 3500/- (2 connections)

6. Location: Splendid Towers, Begumpet, Hyderabad (Telangana)
7. CAF: HYD329366 & HYD323385
8. Description:
• On 31st May, paid Rs.3500/- to Ravi, for 2 connections (1 each at home & office).
• AIRTEL executive, Ravi promised= D-Link Wifi Router 150 and Beetel Phoneset will be installed by 1st June, evening, or max by 2nd June morning.
• As Ravi convinced us for the deal, we also disconnected, & minimized other connections at home and office as well.
• We called till 2nd afternoon, nothing happened. Then evening, Airtel technician gave only Landline connection (no phone set yet), and gave some cheap Chinese TENDA wifi router, which was a faulty & repaired piece. We objected, then Ravi said, get installed, I will change tomorrow morning with what was promised. We agreed.
• Now till today, we called some 50-60 times, from our and other phones, Ravi is avoiding and giving excuses, not picking our calls.
• We scolded and asked him to refund our money, we don’t need any AIRTEL connections.
Now, when we try using complaint to customer care, 121, it says “Incorrect Number” & “Incorrect Account Number”. Can’t even talk to customer care.
Someone, please show us the way. We are in big trouble, and suffered loss of money, time and energy…..
