Hi,

migration of SIM Number from post-paid to pre-paid.


I have been shifted to dubai on 01-june-2016 , on 30th May 2016 , I have visited to your vodafone store in mumbai , kandivali Raghueela Mall .
Vodafone representative Mr phoolchand has attended and filled the form for migration of SIM number from post paid to prepaid .
I had paid all the outstanding amount pertaining to my account which was 1241.00 rs and 29.00 rs for new prepaid sim given by Vodafone representative.
Vodafone representative Mr Phoolchand had said will have to call on 59059 for televrification. As i was travelling to Dubai i informed the same but
Mr phoolchand told me you can do the televerification from any country. i had confirmed with him 2 to 3 times , his answere was same as earlier.

Today on 03-june-2016 i got a sms on alternate number which I had given at the time of registration of prepaid sim.
when I called to 59059 from dubai it connected to dubai telecom service provider. Than I called to vodafone call center +919820098200,
they had taken the details and said I can't do the televerification call from other country. televerification has to be done from same state where we had bought the vodafone SIM
my all critical sms (bank , policy and others) are blocked because of which i am facing lots of issues.

if your representative dosen't know the procedure than he shouldn't given the false commitment.
,It's not possible to go back again to mumbai only for televerification of the sim ,

As this is vodafone mistake they have to resolve this issue. if you want me to come back to mumbai and do the televerifiaction , will do the same .
But all to and fro travel expenses has to bear by vodafone , if vodafone has any other way to resolve the issue please go ahead and resolve
