Complaint Details
I have applied for a new airtel broadband connection via their website www.airtel.in
I have received call from Airtel Sales office(022-41033500) to ask about my request and they have confirmed that the connection is possible at my location and they will be sharing my details to their local Sales executives.
My details were shared and I was supposed to get the call from authorized airtel sales executives.
I got multiple calls, out of them I have chosen one from Avinash (8800192871)- Airtel Sales executive, he has explained me the plan details and I have agreed for the connection.
He asked me to submit the documents and installation charges(Rs 1000) + Handset charges (Rs 600) = Rs 1600 to his pick up boy.
On asking for receipt he said that the receipt cant be given offline since the request came via online portal and local pickup boys cant be provided with receipt. So he confirmed as soon as my documents and money is deposited in the airtel office I will be getting an account number and invoice at my email address.
Since I was talking to the authorized airtel sales executive hence I trusted him and gave the money with documents and filled and signed application form to the pick up boy(9278609100).
Later whenever I tried to call him he always kept saying the invoice will be sent in next one hour.
He said he will be arranging the installation Sometime at 11:00 AM sometimes at 04:30 PM. (Have text message as proof)
I talked to him last Saturday and since then he has not picked up my call. His phone goes busy, but he ignore my calls.
I have started contacting the Airtel Customer care regarding my concern and every time they say they are requesting a callback and their team will contact me in an hour, 2 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours. Multiple Complaints have been raised :

Every time I call and ask to check the status of my complaint some random executive says the previous complaint was raised wrongly and I will raise a new correct complaint.
I have started most of the calls now and every time they say that this will resolved shortly and I will get a callback. But since the start of my first complaint I never received a call back from airtel.
I have posted it on their social accounts as well and there as well I got the same response that my issue will looked shortly and I will get a call back.
But no one comes back to me on this.

They are also not accessible as their Phone rings and call goes to an IVR which ask to eiher call 121 or 198 and disconnects.
Even after going through their procedure for new installation I am not able to get even the confirmation from their side that they have got my document and money secured with them.
