Complaint Details
Micromax Canvas mobile which is under warranty and it is getting heated frequently and is shutting down the same was complained 4 months back and it was repaired at Lk mobiles micromax repair centre visakhapatnam without invoice and the same problem persisted again but this time they denied in accepting the mobile due to non avilability of invoice eventhough it is under warranty.
you are requested to kindly intervene in this matter and see that my mobile is repaired, please reply at the earliest.
