Dear Sir,
This is bring to notice that I am Siddharth Trimurti Naik my Airtel DTH costmer No.3003675947-001. on 19th May 2016 I was Recieved call from Airtel DTH service center. their executive told me your ballance is low please recharge Rs.291/- & you will able to see program for a month.
That time, I was clearly told her that my DTH is not working because some technical error, that time she told me I was arranged one technician to resolve your problem.
From 19th May to 30th May 2016 I was continue call & follow-up with Airtel costumercare but no reply.
On 30th May 2016 my first complaint registered that is No.52085690 that time I was clearly told them I as per your last conversation I wanted free technician. He said yes & arranged one technician his name Mr.Naked he repaired it & asking mony of Rs150/-.when we told him it's free service he denied & stop my services.
Again I was call to service center & told them as same that time he gave me again one complaint No.52101682. this time also send one technician his name is Ajay this time is same happening. That guy asking Rs.175/- when we denied he stop service.
From 19th May 2016 to till days I can't able to see my favourite programs.
