i have subsribed to an internet plan provided by ISP Shri Sai Shavenk Techtronics Pvt. Ltd. S-3, Mhada, opposite NNp zone 2, Dindoshi, Malad E, Mumbai - 400097. my customer id is kshitiz81664.

Since last two months i am suffering from improper network connectivity. their office timings for a service which is 24x7 is 10 am to 6 pm monday to saturday and sunday is off. after 6 pm almost every day my network connection either goes off or speed becomes incredibly slow. whenever i face this problem there is no one to listen to my complaint after their office hours and i have to wait for their office to open at 10 am in the morning. this problem becomes worse when the problem starts at saturday evening and persists till 10 am on monday. i am without internet during that time and nobody cares about rectifying the problem. post office hours they switch off their mobile number and no one picks up landline number as well.

i am a lot dependent on internet for my work and because of this poor connectivity i suffer a lot and my work gets delayed. please look in to this matter and take a strict necessary action against such ISP. their contact numbers are 9619772226. 022-28416666
