Complaint Details
Rahul M Nair, Santhosh Bandila & Sooraj S Kumar run a company named Liveair. They signed up an agreement with my company Wide Window Information Technologies Pvt Ltd for providing them with manpower services. We provided them with 3 employees, out of which 2 are working with them for the last 2 months and one was fired on his joining date because they did not want too many people. This person had left his previous company to join them and became jobless when Liveair did not honor their offer letter. Now, they are not paying our dues as well (INR 68686). They do not respond to emails, calls, sms etc. They have breached the agreement as well as the offer letter
