Dear sir/ Mam,
This is in concern to my complain regarding refund of 30000/- for three of my tickets thise were not confirmed but the amount was deducted from my account and reference number to my complain is 160519077770 ..
I have no option other than to file a case in consumer court.Its hard earned money and you people are taking it so lightly.I am facing mentally and financially troubles.Kindly look into the matter and help me sort out the probl asap otherwise i would have no other option than to walk to court. From last few days i am continuosly contacting them but they are tryingbto make fool out of me kindly look intonthe matter
