I had tried booking three tickets in a cashback scheme of make my trip on 28th and 29th april 2016.Since on the first trial my payment procedure failed so i had to try another time and same was the case in the second trial also so I tried third and final time but all the three times my tickets were not confirmed but the amount got deducted.Each ticket costs me 10099/-. I had registered my complain for refund the very next day and they confirmed me that theticketd ststus was pending at their side abd ensured me a refund of 30000/- for allif the three tickets.Since then I have been following whole of the procedure as per their directiins and its been more than a month but I have not received my payment.If i call them they do not give any proper solution and status.Its my hard earned money and i need it back urgently.My bank is continously tracking make my trip but they are also nit able to fetch any particulars.So, pkease register my complain and help me in getting my paument back.My booking id is NF7291872675512 and NF7297672690560 .
