Dear Sir/Madam,
I had availed home loan from ICICI Bank, Hyderabad on October 26,2006
and the amount Financed was Rs.9,29,457.And the Home Loan Account
No:LBHYD00001426465.SR415536938.
When I requested for Prepayment statement on May 26,2016, The Bank
provided the prepayment of my Principal O/S is Rs.8,16,378 and
prepayment charges @ 2.29 % at O/S Principal is Rs.18,695.After paying
10 years EMI of Rs.11,63,183
the bank is asking me to pay the prepayment of Rs.8,16,378
against sanctioned amount of Rs.9,29,457.Can you please let me know
where has gone the 10years paid EMI amount of Rs.11,63,183.
After 10years also why should I pay prepayment charges @2.29%?
Can you please do the needful?
