I have taken new connection on 20th Jan 2016 to add family Red plan 99/month on my existing no. 9773785256. But its been 4 months they are not able to add & every time come up with new excuses...I had already paid approx 4500 rs & now i have received 1500rs payable again in june 16. I had visited 5-6 times vodafone store to resolve the issue but no result....it seems like they dont care for customer problem only know to bill the customer. I want to sue vodafone for harassing customers & charging extra amount which should not be payable.
