EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! SHUT WITHOUT NOTICE!!! It comes as a SHOCKER that Rediscover Viman Nagar has SHUT UNANNOUNCED?!?!?! I have been a member since July 2015. I had been trying to reach out to them to book my services when I realized that my calls/msgs were not being answered! All their numbers were either unavailable or not existent or not reachable. I tried to drop watsapp messages to the Center Manager as well but no luck. There is a significant amount of money that I have locked with this Center and I have absolutely no means to connect with the SPOC in their Head Office at Kalkaji. They just refuse to connect to anybody in charge. I've been given a number of the Manager at kalkaji but this gentleman (Mr Imran) also seems very busy to even answer customer grievances. In this scenario, resorting to legal measures is the only option left with me and other such cheated customers.Would they have any explanation for this? Highly unprofessional on part of a brand (or that they believe themselves to be) which boasts of presence in multiple cities.
