With utmost anger I am writing this to Naresh Goal,I had confirmed booking for flight 9w 2074 Udaipur to Mumbai 19th June 6pm with my family, was on personal trip,18 June your airline says either you take 655am 19th June or next day 20th same time reason cited overbooking due to which heating issue and cannot allow you to board.If you didn't had enough seats how can even take overbooking?? Further on asking to accomodate on 320pm or 10am they were unable to do so..thanks for screwing our personal trip and the loyalty bonus you gave us,I am now being forced to look at other flights and ignore Jet.
