Hello sir/madam,
I am fathima from Chennai working in a pvt firm. Today (20/06/2016) around 1.00 pm i received a call from karthik +919958723588 stating that my SBI card holds reward points of 9000 & promised that amounts will credited to my account as a cash back and asked for my credit card details and the person was smart enough to get every detail from me slowly.
The way he spoke, made me to believe him & finally i came to know it is all fake after the transaction was completed.
Then I received a message stating 9000rs is been debited from my account by shopmantra epay kerala. And i spoke to SBI customer care regarding this but they weren't in the helping situation.All i could get from them is the merchant code -077436. Transaction Reference no. - 617207884304
In refence to my complaint above, hereby attached the copy of the transaction message. Kindly take necessary action to get back my money & revert if any clarification required
