Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I have made a transaction via IMobile App by ICICI to make a payment towards Airtel Bill for Mobile Number +91-9535998114 on 16th May 2016.
However, even as this transaction was deemed successful, the money was neither credited to Airtel nor was it credited back to my ICICI Savings Bank Account.

Transaction details below.
Date - 16-May-2016
Transaction - BIL/000969879282/AirteliMobile/105-10112688499.
Amount - Rs. 500/-

I have ever since been following with both parties, but the conversations and the requirements never seem to end.
