Hi,
My name is Abhishek Verma, fixed line no is 0161-4652112 and the complaint no. is 69187434
Its been one week and my landline & broadband is not working. I have lodged the complaint many times but no action has been taken yet.
Mr. Ashish came to my address on 20 June at 12 Noon to see the issue and said it will be resolved within 2 hours. Then I called him up at 3 PM and he said we are resolving it and it will be done in 1-2 hours today at the max. I again tried to reach him at 5 PM then he stopped receiving my calls.
On 20 June, got the no. of Mr. GAGANDEEP, 9815555951, I called him up but he sent a message to text him as he is not able to receive a call. I sent him a text message with all the details but no revert from his side and no action taken. and similarly to MR. Ashish he didnt picked any calls after 20 June as well.
On 21 June, I got the no. for Mr. Harjot Singh, 9872699166, I called him and told him about the issues I was facing and he told me the same thing that we are looking into the issue and will get it resolved within today by any means. I again called him at 3 PM to check the status but he didn't picked the call. Tried again but no answer.
Today is 22 June, no action has been taken and the issue is still persistent like it was a week before.
Now I would like to know "IS THIS THE SERVICE AIRTEL IS PROVIDING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS ?" EVERY OFFICIAL STOPS TAKING THE CALLS DENYING THEIR RESPONSIBILITY.
IF IT IS SO, I WOULD LIKE TO DISCONNECT ALL MY 5 CONNECTIONS WITH AIRTEL AND WILL GO FOR SOME OTHER BETTER SERVICE PROVIDING OPERATOR. THERE ARE MANY OPTIONS AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET.
THERE HAS BEEN A MASSIVE LOSS OF MY BUSINESS DUE TO AIRTEL'S CARELESSNESS AND IGNORANCE TOWARDS ITS CUSTOMERS AS MY WHOLE WORK IS ONLINE AND I HAVE TOLD THIS TO EVERYBODY I HAVE COMMUNICATED.
I AM NOT GOING TO PAY ANY BILLS FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE AND WOULD LIKELY BE GOING TO CONSUMER COURT FOR COMPENSATION OF LOSS IN MY BUSINESS DUE TO AIRTEL'S POOR SERVICE.
