Complaint Details
We bought an Aquasure RO+UV purifier in August 2013.After a month the purifier stopped working and we filed a complaint on Sep 28 2013, with reference i.d 73182709.After repeated calls also no one turned up.
Then we called the person who had installed this purifier and he took away the PCB board from the purifier saying he will replace it.
Till today the board has not been replaced and the purifier is not working.We contacted your employee Mrs Rupashree in Hubli office.She said that the PCB board has been dispatched but till today no one has come.
We filed another complaint, since we were informed that the earlier complaint has been closed.I wonder how can someone close a complaint without taking any action?
The complaint that we registered again has the no-88888412.
We are facing a lot of harassment.Please take some action.
