on 4th may 2016 i ordered micromax canvas spark 2 plus from snap deal. on 6th of may i received the product as soon as i opened the pack i found the mobile is defective and immediately i called snapdeal and lodged complaint with snap deal.they promised me refund of cash and but after my continues calls and mails till today they did not refund my money and i made so many call and mails but no use. plz resolve my problem
