on 17.06.2016 i get a call from Axis bank asking my credit card details correctly saying my previous due balance too.told me they going to give new credit card and block the old one.after cut my call i received message alert transaction amount of rupees INR 15000 has been purchased for mobile payment in www.suvidhaa infoserve.com.i request my bank but my bank was helpless they saying we are not responsible for this transaction and have no rights with the card issuing bank.i get call received from this number on 17.06.2016 +917502981296 at 12.50pm and +917502990095 at 3.15pm.after cut my call i received alert message 3.25pm that using my credit card rupee 5000 has been transacted thrice times upto 15000 they have taken. at 3.29pm i received call from mumbai axis bank they saying something went wrong we block your credit card i said ok for that.now my bank is helpless for me.they saying pay the amount within due date
