Complaint Details
1.IFB 1.5 ton ac purchased in 2015 problem started,installation engineer was not trained and taken 6-7hrs for installation and broken some water drain tray on the same day n didn't inform us.
2. installation was not done according to my specifications and misrepresentation.
3. after few days water started dripping from internal unit n filled the complaint in service center.
4.after continuous follow ups ac was replaced in aug2015.
5. again story started in summers 2016 when I started using this ac,water again dripping from inside unit and complaint booked in service center.
6. service engineer came did the temporary tapping and told us insulation was not done properly at the time of installation and broken the lock of inside unit and said mam bahut ghatia quality hai is ki.
7. after 1 day again waterdripping from in side unit.
8. spended rs36200, continuous headache.
9.we are spending more time on follows ups getting the ac rectified than the actual usage.
